The Windsor Hotel Toya Resort & Spa

Surrounded by lush greenery, Windsor Hotel Toya Resort boasts a golf course and tennis courts. Spacious rooms come with sea or lake views, while Bloom Spa Toya offers hot spring baths, massage treatments and fitness facilities.

Rooms at Toya Windsor Resort come with an interior in light colours, floor-to-ceiling windows and a comfortable seating area. Amenities include an LCD TV, a minibar and an attached bathroom with designer toiletries, a bathtub and bathrobes. Free wired internet is provided.

At Toya Windsor's spa, guests can enjoy the indoor pool with glass ceiling or unwind in the hot tub. They can take skiing lessons at Snow Village, or join a trekking tour. The ski slopes are open from January to mid-March. A playroom and sports activities are available for children.

Ski resort, great views, grand hotel
The view is amazing - we booked an ocean room but got upgraded to a room with a lake view and it was beautiful! The entire place looks pretty grand. Food was average.
There elevators are rather confusing from the carpark to the hotel reception. The location might not be that convenient if you are not coming by car.

Amazing views but won’t get a good night’s rest
Fantastic view . Amazing old school hospitality. Fabulous b’fast.
Unable to see the fireworks and the staff didn’t tell you when you ask them. Room feels dated and old, like a 1980’s Shangrila hotel. Bed is too soft , so is the pillow

Great location Fantastic breakfast Modern and spacious rooms with a view
-The staff, although very friendly, was hardly speaking English. In a hotel of such a reputation, you would expect that they speak at least rudimentarily. - Despite the large number of restaurants of the hotel, there was no availability for dinner for 2 persons other than in the buffet restaurant (price: 14.750 ¥ per person!) We arrived at 3PM and we were told that nothing else would be free anymore. We really felt tricked.

Wonderful
Pleasant experience overall. Good food, clean rooms and facilities, and most of the staffs were courteous. The view and surrounding atmosphere were spectacular.
Would be nicer if the portion of the breakfast at the French restaurant is larger, or we could choose to have buffet breakfast in some other days.
